Cookie Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Alongside cookies we also use similar technologies such as browser local storage (localStorage), where we store your cookie preferences.
This Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on conasnap.com.
2. The technologies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. On the marketing site this is solely the storage of your cookie preferences.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cc_consent_v2 | localStorage | Stores your cookie preferences | 180 days |
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); storing your cookie preferences is strictly necessary to remember and respect your choice and therefore does not require consent.
2.2 Analytics
Help us understand how visitors use the site. IP addresses are shortened or anonymised in accordance with the configuration of Google Analytics 4, and analytics loads only after you opt in (Google Consent Mode v2).
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguish visitors | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Persist session state | 2 years |
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Consent Mode v2 ensures analytics tags fire only after you have given consent.
2.3 Functional
Would enable extras such as embedded video or booking a product demo. We do not use these at present. If we add them, they will load only after you opt in.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
2.4 Marketing
Allow relevant ads and campaign measurement (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel). We do not use these at present. When we run advertising campaigns, these cookies will load only after you opt in.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. How you control cookies
3.1 Through our cookie notice
On your first visit we show a notice where you can accept or reject optional cookies, or choose individual categories. “Reject all” is as prominent as “Accept all”. Your choice lasts 180 days. After that period, we will ask you to make your choice again.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the cookie settings button (the cookie icon) in the bottom-left corner.
3.2 Through your browser
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings:
3.3 Effect of disabling
The marketing site works normally without optional cookies — you can disable analytics and marketing without affecting browsing. The necessary storage used to remember your cookie preferences remains enabled so the site can remember your choice.
4. Third parties
Some services may set their own cookies on their own pages:
- Stripe — at checkout, payment happens on Stripe’s pages, where Stripe may set its own cookies. Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s own privacy and cookie policies rather than this website (privacy.stripe.com).
- Google Analytics — analytics, consent only (policies.google.com/privacy).
5. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes we will ask for your consent again. The last-updated date is shown at the top.
